Knowledge Survey

For FYS a seven-item knowledge survey was developed in order to assess student achievement of FYS goals. The seven-item survey can be downloaded from this page and used in print format or placed online (in WebCT, for example). The Instructional Technology Resource Center (itrc@isu.edu) can assist with creating an online version of the knowledge survey. Additionally, statements can be added to the default seven-item knowledge survey to assess learning outcomes beyond the five FYS goals.

This survey can be found here.
